With more than 15 years’ experience working with international brands in London and another 12 years specialising in consumer brands in the Middle East, Sanjay founded Figjam, a concept design agency, in 2012 with the primary aims of supporting the regional F&B industry, opening up international skilled talent pools and delivering beyond client expectations through unlimited access to global creativity paired with industry knowledge.
In his work Sanjay’s goal has always been to design brands that are the solution to functional, commercial, emotional and creative demands, with an equal importance placed on each need. His collaborative approach has allowed him to amass a global network of experts, creatives and peers; something that has been of immense benefit to Figjam.
Today, Sanjay is still firmly at the helm of Figjam, leading the team in creating customer-centric concepts through multi-disciplinary design. His in-depth knowledge and experience, not just of the F&B industry but of consumer behaviour, marketing, business and strategy has moulded Figjam into a forward-thinking adaptable agency that understands the dynamics of operations.
