Guy Heksch is Vice President of Pure Grey, formerly Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group (CCHG), a business unit created by the Starwood team based in NYC that operates as an extended business unit of Marriott International. Tapping into the internal talent of seasoned operators, creatives and restaurateurs with free-standing restaurant experience, Pure Grey operates as a separate restaurant and bar consulting entity providing costrecoverable services for concept design and on-going operation of destination restaurants and bars within the luxury and lifestyle hotel segments globally.
Guy has served in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, growing up in a family of hoteliers. At a very young age he found himself washing dishes, cooking behind the stove and serving guests, developing a deep love of food, service and hospitality. His experience ranges from country-house inns, Michelin-star restaurants, luxury five-star hotels and resorts and bespoke private events. Guy has been fortunate to work and learn from some of the very best in the industry, including Daniel Boulud, Jean George Vongerichten, Alain Ducasse, Alain Passard and Mario Batali. His experience and expertise, access to talent and deep networks within the independent restaurant space bring renewed strength to the CCHG team and promise to enrich our food and beverage projects and strategies going forward.
